DAY 1: TANGER – CHEFCHAOUEN

We will pick you up from the port of Tangier and start our excursion going into the Rif until you reach Chefchaouen in the afternoon. Chefchaouen, Berber city that means “the horns”, of beautiful location, where the contrast of the white color of its houses arranged in different planes stands out on the green field watered by the river Lau.

DAY 2: CHEFCHAOUEN – FEZ

After breakfast we will visit the town, and then we will leave for Fez, the cultural and religious capital of Morocco, it is considered the oldest of the Moroccan imperial cities next to Marrakech, Meknes and Rabat. Its famous Medina takes us to the thirteenth century, with artisans grouped by streets selling their products in a traditional setting, and with its very old walls.

DAY 3: FEZ – VOLUBILIS – MEKNES – AZROU

In the morning we will visit the city of Fez, the cultural and religious capital of Morocco. We will visit its beautiful historical monuments, its medina and its architectural riches. After lunch, we will head to the Roman ruins of Volubilis, where the oldest and best preserved archaeological remains are found. There we will make a walk and then we will go to the city of Meknes, once we arrive there we will visit its historical monuments; the tomb of Moulay Ismail, the Plaza de El Hedime, Bab Mansour … etc. arrival at the town of Azrou.

DAY 4: AZROU – MIDELT – ERRACHIDIA – MERZOUGA

From Azrou we will head towards the dunes of Merzouga crossing the magnificent cedar forest, the port of Midelt, the Errachidia reservoir, the wonderful landscape of the Ziz Valley, and finally crossing the desert gate the city of Erfoud. In this last city we will make a stop exactly in the Borj d’Est, where we will present an unforgettable evening. Afterwards we will continue our journey by track to reach the Erg Chebbi Dunes. We will spend the night in a hostel at the foot of the dunes.

DAY 5: ERG CHEBBI

After breakfast we will return to the dunes by tracks and by way we will observe the two oases of Merzouga, the Berber nomads in Haimas, the village of Khamlia or of the blacks (slaves descendants of Africa), the Mifiss mines, the desert plateaus, the Tissardime oasis. In the afternoon, we will return to the hostel. Then we will ride on camels, heading towards the dunes to appreciate a surprising sunset. We will spend the night in the middle of the desert in a wild oasis (we will make a two-hour tour to get to this oasis). Authentic night

DAY 6: ERG CHEBBI – TAOUZ – RISSANI – CANTERA DE FOSILES – MERZOUGA

After returning to the lodge we will take the path along the track towards Taouz, where we can discover the prehistoric engravings. Then we will go to Rissani, the ancient Sijilmassa, important center of the caravan routes that traded in Mali and Niger, with salt and slaves. There we visited his wonderful door, the archaic palaces and his great souk. At noon, we will try the famous Berber pizza with which this city is distinguished. After lunch, we will visit the fossil quarry and return to the lodge.

DAY 7: MERZOUGA – TODRA’S GARGANTAS – GIRLS OF THE DADES

From the dunes of Merzouga Erg Chebbi we will go towards Erfoud to reach Tineghir where we will visit the “fougartas” (old pipes of the XV century), the palm grove of Tinhgir. At lunch We will arrive at the impressive Gorges of Todra, we will have lunch, and we will follow the road crossing the city and the Boumalne Dades Valley until arriving at the Gorges of the Dades where we will stop a little to appreciate the beautiful river that has been eroding the rocks until forming a landscape peculiar and unique.

DAY 8: DADES – BOUTAGHRART – SKOURA – AIT BENHADDOU

Morning departure by track in the direction of the magnificent Valley of the Roses and the beautiful Berber village of Boutghrart, where we will stop to drink a glass of tea calmly with a family. After this we will continue the route passing by the track of the Thousand Kasbahs. Along the way we will make several stops in places destintos such as kasbahs, panoramic views, valleys, nomads in caves … etc. Once we reach the village of Skoura, we will leave the track and take the road to the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, declared World Heritage by UNESCO, where several international films and series have been located, such as Obelix, Gladiator, Sahara, Lawrence Arabia, Babel … etc.

DAY 9: AIT BENHADDOU – TELOUET – MARRAKECH

Visit to the famous Kasbah of AIT BENHADOU, a site that has served as a setting for films and world series. After this visit, we will cross a mountain to reach the kelobah of telouet. After spending the afternoon there, we will return to the red city to “Marrakech” through one of the most immense ports in Morocco, the great port of Tizi n’Tichka that reaches 2,260 m in height and offers unforgettable landscapes.

DAY 10: MARRAKECH

Breakfast and guided tour to the red city Marrakech, in order to know its most famous historical monuments such as: the koutoubia mosque, Bahia Palace from the 19th century with its beautiful architecture, Saadian Tombs from the 16th century; all decorated with colorful mosaics, and the souks of Jamaa El Fna Square. This last monument is the most emblematic place and is surrounded on all sides, except for one, by the medina full of souks classified by their main activity.

DAY 11: MARRAKECH – ESSAOUIRA

In the morning we will go around the new and modern part of Marrakech and, after lunch, we will go to the small fishing port of Essaouira, located on the south coast, with more than 11 kilometers from the sea.

DAY 12: ESSAOUIRA

In Essaouira we can visit the Museum of wood crafts located in an old palace; the old watchtower and the Skala of the port, from the latter we can appreciate the coast, the islands, the whole city and the Puerta de la Marina, which connects the port with the city. The intricate alleyways of the medina are an interesting showcase of work of jewelers, goldsmiths and marquetry craftsmen (cedar and ebony), installed in the underground workshops of the bastions of the city, in whose upper part we can still see some Spanish cannon of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries.

DAY 13: ESSAOUIRA – SAFI – RABAT

After breakfast we will go along the coast towards Rabat, the administrative and political capital of the country. Once there we will visit: the diplomatic quarter, the Royal Palace, the Mausoleum Complex of Mohamed V and the Hassan Tower.

DAY 14: RABAT – LARACHE – ASILAH

After breakfast, we will continue the route along the coast towards Asilah, jewel of Hispano-Moorish architecture. Asilah is a small city that has an important fishing port, which developed under the Spanish protectorate. It is surrounded by ocher colored walls of the Portuguese wall, and its houses with doors and windows in blue, green and yellow, contrasting with the white of its walls.

DAY 15: ASILAH – TANGER – ALGICIRAS

After breakfast we will transfer to the port of Tangier, to board the ferry to Algeciras.
